Asbury Annex

Participants will experience exercises that provide many health benefits including building strength, flexibility and balance while releasing stress and tension. Enjoy increased range of motion, improved muscle tone and posture, improved breathing, increased energy and stamina, and improved cognitive ability. Bring your yoga mat and “be at peace.” This class will be held in the Asbury Annex (1216 10th Street) and is open to both men and women. Class Leader is Dolores Seaman. (There is no cost for the class, but participants should provide their own yoga mat.)
