Get Involved

There are many different ways for you to get involved at Huntsville FUMC. Whether you have a specific skill, a passion for a certain ministry, or you are simply willing to help out! There are many ways for you to be involved, help the church, and to be the hands and feet of God!

WNL is a time for all ages to come together, fellowship, eat, and dive deeper through bible study. We start serving dinner at 5:15 and at 6:00 we break up into our bible studies and youth and children go to there bible studies. Youth Group is a time of food, fellowship, and bible study. We meet Sunday nights from 4:30-6:30. There is a also weekly Sunday School at 11:00 in the 3rd story of the CLC. Students from 6th-12th grade are welcome and we are in need of volunteers. 

First Kids Children's ministry are always looking for adult volunteers to help during wednesday night live, Sunday School, and children's church. For more info, email our Children's Director, Maggie Bass, at maggie@huntsvillefumc.org

If you are musically gifted or want to make a joyful noise, we would love to have you in our choir. The choir helps lead worship during the 11:00 worship service and for special services throughout the year. Rehearsals are from 7-8:30 on Wednesdays

We are looking to grow our handbell choir. All skill levels are accepted and we would love for you to be apart. Rehearsals are from 6-7 on Wednesdays

If you have a heart for worship and are gifted musically we would love to have you be a part of our contemporary praise team. This group leads worship every Sunday for our contemporary worship service at 9:45. Rehearsals are Thursdays from 6-7:30.

We are always looking for volunteers to work behind the scenes to help make our worship services and livestream run smoothly. We need people to run cameras, slides, sound for both house and livestream, and a video switcher. No experience necessary.
